No, The Pulse App, which accompanies the ring, does not require a subscription. The core functionality of the ring will always be free and Modes and Sessions included are:

The battery can last over 14 days with Mindfulness Mode on, but just like other devices if you use soothing sessions and meditation sessions often the days can be fewer.

Yes, it’s built to last, waterproof (IP68), and designed for everyday wear, washing your hands, showering or a dip in the pool. Always avoid salt water when it comes to metal and electronics.

Yes, a sizing kit will be sent to all customers in advance of delivery to ensure you select the correct ring size. The sizes we offer are US Size 6, 8, 10, and 12. You can put the ring on any finger you like

The Pulse Ring comes with a 2-year limited warranty that covers any manufacturing defects. If something goes wrong, we’ll replace your ring — no stress.

We offer a 30-day return window from the day you receive your ring. If you’re not satisfied, just reach out to our support team and we’ll help you process a return or exchange.

We currently ship to the EU, UK, US, for our initial launch.Plus parts of Canada: All provinces except Manitoba and Saskatchewan (Canadian orders will ship approximately 6-8 weeks after other regions due to registration processing)Other countries have different tax, compliance requirements and regulatory processes that take time to set up properly.
