Getting Started

Activating Your Pulse Ring

• Charge your ring by placing it in the charger for approximately one hour.

• Open the Pulse Mindfulness app and follow the on screen prompts to pair your ring.

• Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.

• The first pairing may take a few moments while the device initializes.

Using Mindfulness Modes

• Choose from a set of vibration patterns designed to support presence and awareness.

• All settings are stored locally on your device.

• Adjust vibration strength and cadence to what feels best for you.

• Experiment with different modes to discover what supports you during your day.

Charging Your Pulse Ring

• Place the ring on the charging dock with the charging contacts aligned.

• Use the provided cable only.

• Charge on a dry, stable surface away from moisture or heat.

• A full charge typically completes within the recommended time shown in the app.

Troubleshooting

The ring will not pair

• Restart Bluetooth on your phone.

• Fully close and reopen the Pulse Mindfulness app.

• Ensure the ring is charged.

• Keep the ring within 10 cm of your phone during pairing.

• You may have bought a used ring second hand and it may still be paired to the previous owner. To

unpair or factory reset the ring, place the ring in the charger, hold the charger in the air, and double tap

firmly on the ring 4 times with approximately 4 seconds between each tap.

Vibrations feel weak or inconsistent

• Check battery level.

• Increase vibration intensity inside the app.

• Contact us if problem persist.

The ring does not charge

• Confirm that the charger is connected to a power source.

• Make sure the ring is seated correctly on the charging dock.

• Try a different USB power adapter.

The app is not responding

• Ensure your app is updated to the latest version.• Restart your phone.

• Reinstall the app if necessary.

Your settings will stay on your device.

Orders and Shipping

Track My Order

You will receive a tracking link as soon as your Pulse Ring ships. If you did not receive one, contact us

at support@thepulsering.com.

Change Shipping Address

We can update your address if your order has not yet shipped. Email us as soon as possible.

Returns or Exchanges

If you need a different size or have an issue with your device, reach out to our support team. Returns

and exchanges are handled on a case by case basis to ensure your satisfaction.

Safety Information

• Do not wear the ring during high impact sports or while operating vehicles or machinery.

• Remove the ring if you experience discomfort, swelling, or irritation.

• Keep out of reach of children.

• Do not disassemble or modify the ring or charger.

• Use the charger only as instructed.

Account and Privacy

Do I need an account to use the app

No. The app works without an account. If you choose to create an account, it remains optional.

What data do you collect

We collect as little data as possible. The Pulse Ring has no sensors and the app settings stay on your

device.
