No, The Pulse App, which accompanies the ring, does not require a subscription. The core functionality of the ring will always be free and Modes and Sessions included are:

There will be a subscription for premium content called Pulse+ and the Pulse Journeys™, for those who want to take video courses in the app.

How long does the battery last?

The battery can last over 21 days with Mindfulness Mode on, but just like other devices if you use soothing sessions and meditation sessions often the days can be fewer.

Is the ring waterproof?

Yes, it’s built to last, waterproof (IP68), and designed for everyday wear, washing your hands, showering or a dip in the pool. Always avoid salt water when it comes to metal and electronics.

Will I receive a sizing kit to ensure my ring size?

Yes, a sizing kit will be sent to all customers in advance of delivery to ensure you select the correct ring size. The sizes we offer are US Size 6, 8, 10, and 12. You can put the ring on any finger you like

What’s your warranty policy?

The Pulse Ring comes with an up to 2-year limited warranty that covers any manufacturing defects. If something goes wrong, we’ll replace your ring — no stress.

The Pulse Ring™ is crafted from high-quality, mindfully sourced titanium that’s fully nickel-free. The silver and gold finishes come from a diamond-like carbon (DLC) coating — a performance-grade material used in F1 engines, luxury watches, and surgical tools. DLC has the hardness and slickness of diamond fused into an ultra-thin carbon layer that’s insanely durable. It’s ultra-scratch-resistant, corrosion-proof, and keeps its finish no matter how tough your day gets. The inner ring is made from medical-grade epoxy for comfort and safety.

Choose the Free Sizing Kit option when you order your Pulse Ring. You are purchasing the ring itself - we just send the sizing kit first, at no extra cost, so you can find your best fit before the ring ships.

2. Sizing Kit Delivered

This kit includes sample sizing rings that match the real ring’s dimensions, so you can find your best fit with confidence.

3. Find you size

Our strongest recommendation is to try different sizing kit ring sizes on different fingers and across both hands. Narrow it down to your best candidates, then ideally wear those for 12-24 hours before deciding. Finger size changes throughout the day, and it can vary noticeably between your left and right hand - so a size that feels wrong on one finger may be perfect on another.

If you’re between two sizes, choose the slightly looser fit. Pinky (little finger) and thumb can work especially well, and if you have a choice, the non-dominant hand is gentler on the ring’s finish over time.

4. We Deliver Your Ring

Once you have pinpointed your preferred size, submit your ring size through the link in your order confirmation email. Feel free to pass the sizing kit on to a friend or family member instead of throwing it away.
